Veterans Park Timelapse

On a rather strange Sunday morning, I woke up pretty early because I had every intention of getting up and going hiking at Veterans Park but stayed in bed because laziness rules my life at times. What started out as a regular sunny day quickly turned into an overcast day with an intensely thick layer of fog. I immediately got up out of bed and knew I had to make my way over to the park to see if I could capture some footage and take photos.

I drove about 2 minutes up a hill to get to Veterans Park and when I got there, the fog was so thick I could barely see a few yards in front of me. I made my way towards the back of the park and parked my car and got all my gear and found a good table to set up shop.

One of my favorite locations to visit and spend time alone is the Mineral Wells deep inside Griffith Park. Its a small little area that is right next to the golf course. Its secluded enough that most people who come here are usually looking for the same thing; relaxation and silence.

Motorized Camera Slider Test

So I just recently purchased a Movo WMS80 37" Wireless Motorized Camera Slider and I went to the Mineral Wells at Griffith Park to test it out. Here's a short video of some footage I captured that day.
